I'll be giving a talk (remotely) at tomorrow's CocoaHeads HK meet-up. Details here. I'll talk about ObjectiveFlickr: What it is, why use it, and how to use it.
Interesting I haven't built any notable Flickr Mac app so far—although I was the proud first-gen developer of hypoDot, Taiwan's best photo book printing service. That is, of course, a web app developed with Ruby on Rails.
Still, my ObjectiveFlickr experience gives me a solid understanding of desktop-web service integration. And I've applied almost everything I've learned from it to our own products and client projects. That's why months later I'm willing to spend substantial time to give it an update.
If you happen to be in Hong Kong, you're welcome to join the meet-up!
